The perfect place and time 

The space you're in matters. I would use some decorations to make it look more spa looking. Like flowers for example. They make it look so nice, fills up empty space and looks pretty. These flowers are a great example of how elevated the room can look with flowers.

The time really depends on what mood you have in the morning or night-time. 
I would prepare it for later in the day. 



The music ♛

Having background music is so nice. Just imagine your life with music most of the time. If you're at a spa, they would probably have some chill music but now you're in charge. On both Youtube and Spotify are playlists called 2000s Tuscan yoga mom, those always have the most awesome music taste ever. Even getting music on an Ipod is so freaking iconic, like hello?? You're the coolest person ever ⍣ ೋ

What to do now? ⍣ ೋ

Now we're having the time of our lives. First of all go shopping for stuff, cause obvi? The things that we need is skincare and beauty essentials. 

Our shopping list:

Eyepatches (or face masks), a tiny towel for the face, hair clips, pimple patches, body + face lotion, yoga mats, a cold drink, a snack tray and snacks for later. And the second step is to decide if your going solo or on a spa date with your girls. 

Activity time ‧͙⁺˚*・༓☾

Start with taking a fresh shower or bath. -- If you want to bathe, put in some flower petals or some kind of bath bomb for fun! Now when you're freshly out of the hot water, it's time for eye patches and face masks! It usually says for how long you should leave them on, but if its home-made make sure to research the recipe and time. 

While you wear the masks and let them sink into the skin you'll have a blast. Watch the best movie you can think of or chat with the girlies. Depending on the time, bring out the drinks and snacks.
 Secondly, take out the facemasks and eyepatches when they have sunken in.
 Place the yoga mats in an area with no hard edges to hit on, because you don't want to hurt yourself at this point in life. 
 Light the scented candles. While you've done that, place either a device like an Ipad in front of the mat or a sheet with yoga poses. On there you'll have your music. You can have either only pictures from for example Pinterest or a video with an instructor, your choice. Here are some simple yoga poses for you ✧ ⁺ ⁺  °

Find ✧the✧ hobby

To find the perfect hobby for you, you need to try different ones. Journaling, reading, drawing, painting, sewing, dancing, etc. Anything you find fun. 

It makes reading so much more fun when you've started. Once you embrace the cool, smart girl era and know it's actually hot to read.
